    Returns

    With our decision regarding both domestic and international purchases, all exchanges are accepted for size and model changes but the products wont be eligible for returns. This condition is clearly stated on the product detail pages.

    Within 14 days from the date of delivery, you can request a size or model change, or alternatively, you can be provided with a code that will keep your balance with us for a year.

    For your product to be eligible for exchange, it must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or purchase document. The exchange period of 14 days starts after the product has been delivered to you.

If your exchange request is accepted, shipping instructions for your package will be provided. Products returned to us without prior exchange request will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping and customs expenses for exchanges.

    We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. 

    If you receive your product from LOLOFFICIAL.COM make sure that it suits all the conditions stated above in our returns policy. If you are not happy with the goods because of any damage do not accept the package and claim a report. Under the circumstance the return shipping cost will be our responsibility.
    However the customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, custom charges and handling fees will all be credited from your refund.

    Our conditions for returning products are as follows;

    • The product you want to return should be shipped unworn and unwashed. The product should be packed without any damage in their original packaging and then be returned to the returns address that LOL has provided you.
    • We cannot accept returns that don’t have their original packaging, or where the packaging is damaged, has a sticker from the cargo company on it, has duct tape on it, or where the original packaging is damaged in any other way. If we receive products in a damaged state we will return them to the sender and all extra shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
    • If the product to be returned had any accessories when initially delivered, all these accessories have to be packed without any damages in their original packaging and need to be returned as well.
    • If any clothing has been worn, washed or altered, we can’t accept the return of these products. If you want to return shoes, make sure they haven’t been worn outside, are not altered, and are sent back with their original box. If these conditions are not met, we can’t accept the return of these shoes.

    If the return of the product is completed and processed we will notify you by email. The price of the product will be refunded in the same way as your initial payment. Please note that shipment cost will be credited from your refund.

     

    Exchange:

    You can exchange any product you order from LOL within 14 days from the day of delivery without providing a reason for doing so. Products that are being exchanged may not be worn, washed or damaged.

    To arrange an exchange you can send an email to info@lolofficial.com and let us know which products you want to exchange.

    After notifying our LOL Help Desk you can ship the product(s) you want to exchange free of charge via Yurtici Kargo. You can use the code:427595168. Please note that shipping cost will paid by the customer if another courier company is preferred.

    Once your request has reached us together with the product you wish to exchange, we will inspect it and if approved, we will ship your desired product within 1 working day, if it is in stock.

    If the product isn’t in stock we will refund you the price of the product in the same way as your initial payment was made.

    Exchanges can only be made within the same model with a different color/size/number. You cannot exchange your product for a different type of product.
